Our production process is carried out meticulously, from pattern design to yarn selection, from the weaving process to the quality control stage. Every one of our fabrics is produced in line with international quality standards and aims to give our customers the best possible fabric experience.
Pattern Design
Starting from our archive of more than 500 patterns or working entirely project-specific, our R&D team develops designs using the endless pattern variety offered by the jacquard technique, which controls each warp thread independently.
Yarn and Fibre Selection
Depending on the character of the pattern, the most suitable blend is determined — from natural and organic fibres to technical yarns. Priority is given to environmentally friendly and sustainable raw materials.
Jacquard Weaving
On our production line, which unites traditional weaving know-how with modern jacquard looms, the fabric is woven with high thread density and precise pattern control.
Quality Control and Shipment
Every batch is inspected against international standards for colour fastness, durability and pattern fidelity, then shipped on time to our customers in more than 30 countries.
